Because we learned our lesson with Bush. We thought he was a joke, I mean the guy showed nothing but incompetence his entire life. Because the left didn't take him seriously, and didn't spend time smacking down his endless lies and misinformation, he got into the White House, crashed the economy, lost an entire city and screwed the country up so much it'll take years to undo the damage.So when his female equivalent shows up and winks at us, it's probably a good idea to expose the lying joke that she is..

The movie isnt bad if you take it at face value. Its a "blow ***** up" movie, and it succeeds at that. Its almost a 3 hour long movie, and doesn't seem like it.?

For obvious reasons the average citizen or even group of citizens have trouble competing with that, particularly when you have thousands of corporate interests like Genetech throwing hundreds of millions of dollars at our lawmakers. It's just plain bizarre that you consider yourself pro "freedom and rights" to support a system where corporate entities are freely allowed to more or less purchase the opinions of our supposed democratic representatives. But hey, I'm sure at least that your black and white understanding of either being pro free market or anti free market is convenient for you, because you can hold it without having to think much. |
