If he didn't look like he knew what was going on and kept saying "I love weed", chances are he hasn't been doing it all that long. Sounds like a second semester college freshman to me. Real potheads tend to maintain their wits and don't feel the need to advertise their love of weed..
i agree with that. teams have to stop sjax to win the game and they still can't do it. There are zero other weapons on that offense and not much on defense either.. Vernon Davis has Frank Gore, MJD has Garrard and Torry Holt, Chris Johnson doesn't have much help on offense but at least Tennessee has a defense.!

Craig X Rubin (cannabis activist, was on Weeds) tried this in LA after that ruling on native Americans using DMT and got owned. Generally the courts are really strict on it under the first amendment. I'd be interested in more links on the Rastafari case they mention at the end. The most recent one I've heard of was in Arizona and it failed (Danny Ray Hardesty). In the Ras Iyah Ben Makahna case the possession charge was dismissed before it went to trial. The appeals court didn't come up with a definitive ruling, but left the door open to some extent -- but that was seven years ago. http://www.cognitiveliberty.org/news/rfra_rasta.ht ...?
I loved erector sets. I loved growing up in the 70s, but mostly because of my dad. He was a welder and together we built a catapult with some steel tubing, scrap and old coil springs from a car. That thing was so powerful and (thinking back now) incredibly dangerous. My brother and I wheeled it out to a fort some other kids made and put a lawnmower engine in it. 3 shots and that fort was destroyed. After that we used to build crap (like small "homes" made out of pallettes) just to destroy it with the catapult. It was great fun but it all came to and end when a nosy neighbour complained to the police. It was for the best I suppose since I'm sure someone would have gotten hurt eventually.

Boomer's sitting on the shelf in the den... I'm not sure what to do with him. Maybe scatter him all around the neighborhood because he liked to run off down the street.I think it was a little over $100 for a 115-lb dog. The container is wrapped in cloth so I don't know what he's in -- a coffee can for all I know.
